Unfortunately this park has nobody to enforce the noise levels at night. Most guests during the night we heard arguing and screaming. This park is now managed by san luis obispo county and has been renamed coastal dunes rv park. Spots are grass but fairly firm reasonably level.

This is a long rv skinny rv park along the road with the south half in oceana and the north part many fulltimers in grover beach. The rv park is near the monarch butterfly park and pismo beach. We had a 30a. The pool is nice and clean the sites have grass and while not huge are much better than pismo coast village.

When the grass is wet or damp it will track into your vehicle.
