Was the same way with the apex 19 hybrid. Epic 7w is shorter smaller more upright and higher lofted. So i got to hit this tonight and i am wildly impressed. While callaway isn t sharing any details about the epic hybrid at this time the photos show that the club has an adjustable hosel that allows golfers to tweak loft and lie angle.

170cc head which is larger than the 5w but it s 20 loft which is 2 higher than the 5 wood. I know on this forum people are equipment junkies but seriously if your worried about the weight being too much just stick with a us kids ts3. Hence the super name. Yes the the lefty is a custom order on the 18 degree.

Lives up to the epic hype. I found out the hard way did a custom order on the 20 degree with an ad di 95x and later found out i could ve gotten the 18 degree. The head is a bit bigger and falld in between a fairway wood and your standard hybrid its big but it looks great. At least for this epic line the heavenwood is its own animal.

Hybrids are hard to get right. Shaft length is 25 longer than the 5w and the lie angle is the same as the 5w. 50 words or less. The light weight will help a few mph.

So i found out it is designed by the same guy that did the adams super hybrid a few years back. The epic star is a lighter epic perfect for most kids.
